Privacy Policy

ForgePO ("the Service") is business software operated by WieBad Inc. ("we", "us") that helps manufacturing companies manage purchase orders, quotes, orders, pricing, and related business records. This policy explains what information the Service handles and how it is protected.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and company details, used to create and secure your sign-in.
• Business records you enter — customers, vendors, products, materials, quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, tasks, and messages your team creates in the Service. This data belongs to you.
• Usage basics — sign-in times and the page a signed-in user is on, shown only to your own company's administrators for team coordination.

QuickBooks Online connection

If your company's administrator connects the Service to QuickBooks Online, the Service uses Intuit's secure OAuth 2.0 authorization. We access your QuickBooks data solely to perform the actions you request — creating invoices from your orders, matching or creating the related customer records, and reading basic company information to confirm the connection. Specifically:

• We never see or store your QuickBooks password.
• Authorization tokens are stored encrypted-in-transit and server-side only; they are never exposed to web browsers or third parties.
• We do not read, copy, or retain your QuickBooks data beyond what is needed to complete the action you initiated.
• You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from within the Service or from your Intuit account, which revokes our access.

How we use information

We use your information only to operate the Service for your company: authenticating users, storing and displaying your business records, sending the emails you trigger (such as purchase orders to your vendors or notifications to your own team), and creating the accounting entries you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your business data to train artificial-intelligence models.

Storage and security

• The Service is hosted on managed servers in the United States.
• All traffic between your browser and the Service is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).
• Each company's data is segregated by account; users can only access their own company's records, subject to the roles and permissions their administrator sets.
• Passwords are stored only as one-way cryptographic hashes.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Administrators can erase their company's business data from within the Service at any time, and may request full account deletion by contacting us. Backups are pruned on a rolling basis.

Cookies

The Service uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

The Service is business software intended for use by adults and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note the new date above and, for significant changes, notify account administrators by email.
